Change Email Address and Name
If any of your user wants to change his name or want to change something in his email ID. then admin can change email address and name of that user.
In this tutorial we will see how an admin can change email address and name of the domain users.

Hello guys, Welcome to my tutorial on Google apps. In this tutorial i will let you know how you can rename a user in Google apps. So you go to the users console here you see the list of users and you go to the user account of particular user, here on drop-down you see an option ‘Rename user’ when you click on that you can see there is first name, last name and email address you can choose to alter any of these. I will try to alter everything for your reference, so we altered first name, last name and email address now if i hit on ‘Rename user’ option. You see the message pops-up ‘changes to this user has been saved’ so we have rename first name, last name and email ID. You see the changes has been reflected already

Video is the best way to understand things but still you haven’t understood.just follow the steps(with screenshots) below :
First you have to open users section from Admin console Dashboard.
and open the users profile whose name/ email address you want to update . On the right up corner of user profile select the Rename user option from drop down.
After clicking one new window will pop-up
Do the changes on the popped up window and click on RENAME USER. you will get notification that changes has been saved. We will look on the updation of user’s profile like address, manager’s address, organisation name in our future tutorials.
