After adding users in your domain.For managing users, you need to create organisational units. By creating OUs you can manage user with respect to Google services. You can group users as per access of Google services.

Hello guys, Welcome back to my tutorials on Google apps. In this tutorial i will let you know how you can move a user from one organisation to another. If you have not seen and understood what an organisation is you can refer to my previous tutorial. So these are the users which are currently placed under parent organisation. Suppose i want them to move into xyz. I go to a particular user profile, here you see there is a option move to another organisation this is very user friendly so when you hover your mouse you can see the respective option description. When you click here the tree comes up, where you can choose the respective organisation where you want to move the user. When you choose xyz. It will ask for a confirmation ‘are you sure you want to move 1 user to xyz?’ yeah ! i am very sure. OK, So user is moved.

As i think, video explained all steps for movement of users from 1 Ou to other OU. But still you are not sure, you can follow the below steps provided with screenshots:
For movement of users from one Ou to different OU you have to go user section from admin console
and search for user in the search box with his ID and open the user profile,
In the user profile on right up corner “move to another organisation” option is there,click on that option and you can see whole organisational tree. Select the Ou where you want to move the user.
Clicking on Ou/sub Ou will give you a notification that user is successfully moved.
