We have always seen that Google always amend the feature of its services for desktops and mobiles. Now Google has improvised the Google Docs and Google Sheets app for its users.
Google Docs App
Google has included some new options in this google docs app. Added options include page setup option in the app. Now you can quickly change the orientation, select the paper size and set up page color accordingly. The newly updated app is available in Google play store.
Google Sheet App
In google sheet app also, there are some few enhancements, where you can IMAGE option to view the photos inside any cells.
EPUB and ODF File Support on android apps
Google has also added some more features to its bucket. Now users can see and use EPUB and ODF files with google drive. You can export your docs files in EPUB(.epub) and OpenDocument Text (.odt) format. You can also import your ODT files from your Android apps. Likewise, you can also import and export OpenDocument Spreadsheets (.ods) and OpenDocument Presentations (.odp) in Sheets and Slides android apps respectively.
These new features work only when your device is connected to the network. Accessing these functions offline will get you an error message “Data connection needed to open this file type.“
