After setting up Google apps we need to add users in Google apps for your domain. The number of users will depend on the number of employees your organization has.
For adding users, go to user section in admin console. And after that on the right bottom corner you can see the add users button(green button). When you hover your mouse over that button two more options will pop-up.

Hello guys, Welcome back to my tutorial on Google apps. In this tutorial we will discuss how we can create a user on Google apps. So you go to the users module, now you see when you hover your mouse over here you can add a user, you can add multiple user, you can invite users. Invite users generally used when you want to send a mail to some user who is not present in Google apps. Add multiple users as it says we have to add multiple user at once. In this tutorial i will tell how to add a single user, so i click on add user. I give a name learning hub so this is the user name which i gave. I give a email id learning.hub. Now you can set a password or a temporary password will be auto set, i will auto generate a password so temporary password will be assigned. Now i will click on create. wow ! a user is created. Your user name is learning.hub. When you click on show password it will show you the password. Then you can email instruction to the user. And you can create another user, you should know how to create another user now. I will simply click Done.

Here u can add user directly one by one. when you click over this option one window will pop up where you have to fill user’s details i.e. name, email ID, address, Phone number, temporary password etc and then click create on that window.it will create that user with filled details.

Hello Guys, Welcome to our tutorials on Google apps. In last module we have seen adding users manually one by one. In this module we will discuss about adding users in bulk. For adding users in bulk you have to go users module in admin console. In this page when you hover over on the add user button. you can see add multiple users. When you click in this button. There pops -up a window, here you have to attach the details of users in csv file. You can download the format of csv from here. Lets download the csv file and fill the details of users and then we will upload. Its opening, here you can see the format. First name, Last name , Email address…..etc. Lets fill the details of user…name, email address and password. These things are not mandatory you can fill these if you have details of the users. Lets save this somewhere… in desktop. Now we have to attach file from desktop, attach this file and upload. Yeah adding 2 users. It is adding 2 users, full report has been sent to super-admin who is doing this. It will add 2 user here and you can see it also. If you have many users then you have to bulk uploading. Here you can add multiple users at once through CSV file. when you click over this section. one window will pop up from where you can download the preview file for bulk creation. After adding all user to csv file in mentioned format you have to attach file and click on upload.
It will create all users with filled details in csv file.
Invite Users:
you can invite user who is yet not in your domain by mailing to them. User can then accept the invitation and join Google apps for your domain. He have to fill his details for joining the Google apps. And finally his account we can see in admin console.
As discussed above , go to admin console > Click on users module
Choose Invite users
And fill the email address of the users whom you want to invite and click on continue.He will get mail with link(where he can sign up) to join your domain.
