In several meetings, sometimes some of the member does not able to attend the meeting due to some circumstances, in this case, we will have to again give/explain him the meeting of minutes.
Google has already many collaboration techniques and always improving new tools and technologies to improve the collaboration between colleagues. The Google drive is the best solution for these type of situation. Meeting members can collaborate and create a meeting of minutes (in Google Docs) while meeting and then share with the absent member.
Dial-into User’s phone number
Google has recently released a new update with hangouts meet, now if the meeting member is on the go and does not have internet access, they can join the call with their mobile number. The organizer can dial member’s mobile number and they can join (audio call) directly from their mobile. Or a user can use Dial-in feature, With this feature, a member can call to a google toll-free number(local number as per your country) and join the meeting with rich Audio experience. This feature has been launched to some countries and still not available to many of the countries yet. This feature includes only below countries for now.

Record Meetings in Google Hangouts Meet
Now, Google has moved 1 step further with this collaboration, Now you can record the meeting, save it in Google drive and share with the absent member. It is a revolutionary step for the users, Now users can also opt out working hard on making Minutes of meetings.
Now, whether its a training of a sync meeting, Now it can be recorded and share it with colleagues. The organizer can record it with web or with Hangouts Meet hardware and all meeting members will get notified that meeting is being recorded.
The recording will be saved in Meeting owner’s drive within folder “Meet Recordings” and automatically get attached in the calendar event and get shared with all participants of the meeting.
Admin can restrict this setting by going to Apps > G Suite > Google Hangouts >“Meet Settings.” This setting is default enabled for all OUs.
Note: Dial-In feature and recording is only available to G-Suite for enterprise edition users only.
